From Idea to Reality
The Beginning (2011)
We bought this old farm in July 2011 with a bold idea: not to wait until retirement to build “our job for later”, but to create it now. After 25 years in the corporate world and countless business trips, we wanted to create a place that felt different – where work, rest and freedom could truly come together in a more human way.
A Family Project
Over the last decade, we rebuilt the farm brick by brick with our own hands. We were architects, builders, designers and dreamers all at once. It became a true family adventure – our kids grew up here, lending their help along the way – and slowly the farm transformed into what it is today: FARMform.
Discovering a New Way of Living
For me personally, raised in a city apartment and always travelling for work, farm life was something completely new. Having animals around, fields outside our windows and nature at our doorstep changed everything. I realised many other professionals, like me, rarely have the chance to experience this.
FARMform Today
This is how FARMform came to life – from the wish to share not only a place to work and stay, but also a new rhythm of life. An atmosphere that reconnects people with simplicity, nature and balance.
